Shipping policy

* After ordering allow up to  7 days to get ready for shipping Why? because it is made to order and depending on supply and demand, we want to make sure your order is fresh.

* Expect 5 to 7 days or delivery depending on the winter weather months coming from Denver and any snow advisories, weather conditions etc. 

* All orders over $50.00 or more shipping will be free to the customers. 

* You will have 72 hours to contact us if the product is damaged,, lost or any other concerns after your confirmation for delivery was sent to us and you still do not have your package. We will resend the product depending on situation, delivery must be paid before a resend 

HOW WE EVALUATE REFUNDS:

We are willing to exchange for another product. Unfortunately cash refunds are not an option.

We encourage patch test if you are new to natural/essential oil products. Everything is made from organic/natural ingredients.  For the eyeshadows: clean product, safe enough for cancer survivors. Always consult your physician if on medication, allergies or pregnant.
